This dramatic curved element floats above a textured stone-clad ground floor, establishing a dialogue between smooth and rough surfaces.

Material selection emphasizes natural textures and refined finishes, with irregular light-toned stone veneer providing an earthy foundation for the smooth stucco upper volume. Large multi-pane windows with white frames maintain the architectural purity while allowing generous natural light penetration. Climbing ivy on vertical columns introduces living architecture that softens the building's lines and connects it to the landscape.
