Villa Lithos is a contemporary residence rooted in its landscape, where architecture seeks balance between pure geometry, noble materials, and visual calm.
The project is defined by a rigorous horizontal composition, intentionally simple and almost monolithic. White plastered volumes are paired with natural stone walls, creating depth and texture while reinforcing a strong connection to the site’s mineral character.
The layout emphasizes long views and a seamless transition between interior and exterior spaces. The linear swimming pool extends the architectural axis, enhancing perspective and reinforcing a sense of stillness and order. Openings are carefully controlled, rhythmically punctuating the façade to preserve a clear and disciplined architectural reading.
